We use Razorpay as our payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable terms and policies of Razorpay.
Laiha Fashion does not store your full card details, UPI PIN, net banking password, or other sensitive payment credentials.
7. Shipping
We offer free shipping unless otherwise mentioned. Orders are shipped through Envia and its courier/logistics partners.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier serviceability, customer location, weather, logistics issues, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. No Refund / No Exchange Policy
Laiha Fashion follows a strict no refund and no exchange policy for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Size issue after ordering
- Colour preference
- Product no longer needed
- Customer ordered the wrong product or size
- Minor colour variation due to screen/display difference
- Minor measurement variation
However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or not-as-described product, please contact us within [24/48 hours] of delivery with clear photos/videos and order details. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution as per our Refund and Exchange Policy and applicable law.
9. Cancellation
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled if they have already been processed, packed, or shipped.
If you want to request cancellation before dispatch, contact us immediately at laihafashiond2c@gmail.com. Cancellation approval is at our discretion depending on order status.
